GENERAL
I have the rights to reject any requests that are outside of the guidelines and requests that made me uncomfortable in any way.
PAYMENTS
Payments can be transferred anytime during commission, preferably after the sketch, or after the result of the commission
REVISIONS
Revisions and corrections can be done after each stage of progress is finished. Revisions are always available! No extra cost for revisions!
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Deadlines will be varied. An estimation of work until final result can be around 3-4 weeks at most.
USE
For client's personal-use only. Using my artwork for any advertising or marketing for profit is prohibited.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The artist have the rights to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless agreement was settled prior. An agreement can be settled if client don't want to publicize their art.
REFUNDS
I have a zero chargeback policy. If you wish to cancel a project prior to me starting on it, please contact me for the details and the process. Issuing a chargeback will result in blacklisting you.
